Return & Refund Policy

At SoloPick, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered to the customer.

To request a return:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product
- Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to:

- Original payment method, or
- Bank account/UPI (for COD orders)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Minor color/design differences
- Used products

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
